Well, it's simply a homemade spoon for serving-out pickles; mixed pickles, pickled red cabbage, mini cocktail gherkins, homemade pickled onions, silverskin onions, olives, chilies, pickled eggs, et cetera, and even, even... for straining and squeezing teabags against the side of your mug! 🇬🇧👍

So there it is, my humble homemade pickles spoon. Maybe it's a good project to make as a present for someone, "who has everything" and who loves pickles or olives (or mugs of tea). Seriously though, for straining the last drop of goodness from your tea bag - it does an excellent job 👌
A homemade pickles spoon as a gift ?
The way I look at that gift idea is this... When after you've gifted this as a present to someone you love, every single time they see or use that pickles spoon, they will think of you and remember that you took the time and went to the trouble of making it specially, just for them!
