| Ingredients to make HOT canned Tuna, Broccoli & Brussels Sprouts casserole bake |
Ingredients for 4-5 persons:
Brussels sprouts
500ml Crème Fraiche
Broccoli
Garlic (fresh or frozen)
Knob butter & tablespoon olive oil
Canned Tuna
Pasta or Rice
Parmesan (optional)
Grated cheese (optional)

You don't have to steam them, you can simply boil 'em!) Steaming them together is ok but remember that the broccoli 🥦 is likely to be cooked quicker than the sprouts (if you steam the broccoli and the sprouts at the same time) or, you can introduce the broccoli into the steamer 5 or 6 mins after the sprouts have been on the go! 👌

This is what this recipe looks like when ready to serve — it's a Tinned Tuna, Broccoli & Brussels Sprouts casserole-bake thingy. Serve it with pasta, rice, or nada! …and just a thought about a serving suggestion; you could serve it with coloured pasta instead of ordinary pasta to make it look a bit more interesting maybe? - I don't mean those tri-colored pasta shapes, but a single pasta colour like spinach green or salmon pink - have a look when you're down the supermarket next.

👉 You know what? For years, I've always called them Brussel Sprouts but I now learn they should be referred to as Brussels Sprouts! — is that an 'EU' thing or has it always been so? :)
